At Atelier Zelmira, each piece is handcrafted in small batches. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

We ship worldwide from the UK. Standard shipping within the UK takes 2–3 business days. International shipping to Europe and the US typically takes 5–7 business days. Express options are available at checkout if you need your order sooner.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery method. All orders are shipped with tracking for peace of mind.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
